• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses require a specified number of bets (typically 20x–30x) before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering requirements have been met.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses must be used within their validity period; any unused bonus will expire and be forfeited.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds.

Jita may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion requests are available under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.

Before closing an account, Jita will generally notify the user and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.
